Key Resources

For the below use your pandora.net or pandorastores.net email to login via Single Sign-On (SSO) unless instructed otherwise.

  • Click here to login to People Portal
    • Corporate employees login with your pandora.net email.
    • Retail employees login with your People Portal ID and password.
      • You should receive a username (your People Portal ID) and password from your manager.
      • Your default password is your manager's Employee ID-Your International store ID, e.g. 1123456-01147274
      • If your manager did not receive a username or if your password is not working please have them submit a ticket here requesting a password reset.
            • Select "Pandora People Portal (HCM) Application" from the system dropdown.
            • Please ensure your manager includes your name and employee ID in the request.
  • Click here to login to UltiPro (store associates & ASMs) or here to login via SSO.
    • If you are a store employee your username is ultiproID@pandora.net.
    • For most employees your ultipro ID is your People Portal with the first "1" removed.
    • Your password is your date of birth (MMDDYYYY).
  • Click here to login to Plan.Dora - Use company code: Pandora
  • Pandora Assist - Use Pandora Assist for any of the following requests:
    • Issues with logging in via Single Sign-on (e.g. logging in with your email/Microsoft account).
    • Any technical issues outside People Portal and UltiPro.
    • Plan.Dora (Dayforce) support
    • KWI support
